Well, as u know the theme of this year is "Cartoon".......(ya~~ i know my work quite not match with the theme =_=.....sorry)
but they also mention ".....for there are no firm rules governing this theme. Emphasis is placed on artistic and creative expressions......."
hehe~~ so, this the reason I'm going to entry X)
